We recently engaged the services of Bennetton Construction & Design Pty Ltd to construct a building at our home on Kent Farm on the Mornington Peninsula. The building involved was a replacement for a barn/garage with workshop & studio that had existed for many years but was unfortunately destroyed by fire.

The project was ambitious and designed to produce a high quality leisure centre as well as the more practical functional office, storage, workshop and garage areas. It as extremely important that the building blend into the Kent Farm environment and particularly blend in with the other buildings, viz. the main house and the guest cottage.

Toby Bennetton and his two main assistants performed their tasks to the highest level of excellence. The quality of their work was first-class; their capacity to organize sub-contractors was impressive, as was their commitment to communicate with us on a regular and open basis. This open and frequent style of communication enabled us to progress the project with a minium of disruption and delays, and to handle changes & alterations in a timely and cost effective manner. In fact many of their suggestions involved us cost savings.

The project was completed on time and within budget. Toby and his crew were obliging and always willing to engage in extra work.
